Some of our pre-lim choices from visiting WoS. All photos are of included items unless otherwise stated as an upgrade :) Bolero Rustic Nougat- Cat1 timber look flooring Simplicity dark grey tiles- we were so excited to see an extra large tile was a cat1 choice! These will be floor to ceiling tiles in our ensuite and floor of spare bathroom with bricked subway tiles on the walls to lighten it up as the bathroom doesn't have a window. Carpet choice is still undecided. We like the grey tones but find this one slightly too dark for the look we are trying to achieve in our house so may need to see if there are lighter greys available.  Aluminium window colouring choices. We are going to stick with white to lighten up our house and so they blend with our future white beachy shutters. Hi! My name is Stephanie and in March my partner and I made the big decision to start the process of building our first home together. We chose Porter Davis because we liked the style and the inclusions they offered as well as wanting a different house to all the new ones going up in our es tate. This Blog is to share our journey and map our progress of the build! After tossing up between the floorplans for many homes we decided on two that we liked. The Vermont and a brand new design called the Liverpool. The liverpool was very similar to the Vermont except slightly smaller in size and it's featured as an Advantage home rather than a Lifestyle home so didn't come with a lot of the inclusions we liked... HOWEVER, because the base price for the Liverpool was about $50k less than the Vermont we added in all the inclusions we had our heart set on and it still came in just slightly under budget!!! Yay!
