Some of our pre-lim choices from visiting WoS. All photos are of included items unless otherwise stated as an upgrade :)
Bolero Rustic Nougat- Cat1 timber look flooring
Simplicity dark grey tiles- we were so excited to see an extra large tile was a cat1 choice! These will be floor to ceiling tiles in our ensuite and floor of spare bathroom with bricked subway tiles on the walls to lighten it up as the bathroom doesn't have a window.
Carpet choice is still undecided. We like the grey tones but find this one slightly too dark for the look we are trying to achieve in our house so may need to see if there are lighter greys available.
Aluminium window colouring choices. We are going to stick with white to lighten up our house and so they blend with our future white beachy shutters.
Just a few of the MANY render colour choices PD gives. 2nd column in the top and bottom greys are what we are choosing.
Upgraded to a freestanding bath because why not?! I'm in love with them <3
Our exterior colours we have mostly decided on- Flooded gum render, teahouse render, surfmist white garage panel door, white windows and Basalt colorbond roofing.
The top stone is the Cat1 Blanco Matrix we have chosen and the bottom stone a Cat2 that we thought about upgrading to but there really wasn't much difference to justify the price quoted to us. Tasmanian Ash laminex overhead cabinetry to compliment our flooring.
Technika 900mm freestanding cooker upgraded in our "Kitchen Pack" choice
The right shower rail is what comes in our ensuite with tiled shower base and shower grate, the left is what we are upgrading the spare bathroom as we were told its only about $40 to upgrade from a normal shower head to this one.
Probably the item I am most excited about (except my freestanding bath) Stone Benchtops to the kitchen and Ensuite! This one here is a Cat1 stone. We looked at upgrading to a cat2 or cat3 and the prices were ridiculous considering there was hardly any difference between them so we are sticking with what's offered standard.
